2. City of Norwalk requires each vendor to provide a Seller's Permit requirement to sell at our Collector Fair

3. According to City of Norwalk Permit Rules, I must collect an extra $20 after your 2nd time vending at our fair, but if you show a business license number, the $20 fee will be waived. We'll send you a Paypal invoice for the extra $20 fee.

4. Vendor will need to bring tent, table & chrairs
