According to City of Norwalk Permit Rules, I must collect a extra $20 after your 2nd time vending at our fair but if you show a business license number, the $20 fee will be waived.

If it applies to you the $20 fee will be collected via a Paypal invoice that will be emailed to you.

Vendor will need to bring tent, table & chrairs
